Game Progress and Statistics
All your game progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Local Storage: Your data remains entirely under your control.
- Cloud Backup: Cortex Rush may utilize standard Android auto-backup features if enabled on your device, securely backing up your data to your personal Google Drive account. We do not have access to this data.
- Manual Export: You can choose to manually export your game data as a backup file. This file is saved securely on your device.
Permissions
Cortex Rush only requests permissions strictly necessary for its core functionality:
- Storage (optional on newer Android versions): Used solely if you explicitly choose to export or import a manual backup of your game data.
- Notifications: The app may schedule local notifications (e.g., daily reminders to play). These are entirely generated on your device and are not pushed from any external server.
Third-Party Services and Ads
Cortex Rush does not include any third-party analytics trackers, advertising networks, or data-sharing SDKs. The app is completely ad-free and respects your privacy.
